What you'll do:
The Corporate Process Analyst position is responsible for gathering and designing process maps and strategies to optimize performance and ensure the efficient use of financial and corporate systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes.In this role, they will work collaboratively with the internal stakeholders to analyze current processes and make recommendation to improve efficiency.
- Process Mapping: Work collaboratively with departments to gather information, develop a detailed understanding of what they do, and then determine which processes need to be mapped.
- Quality Improvement: Evaluate the impact of processes on customer experience, cost, and compliance, while identifying probable causes and recommending possible solutions.
- Training: Provide orientation and training to end users on process mapping applications and methodologies.

- Experience: You have 3 years of related job experience, preferably in a municipal environment.
- Problem Solving: You excel at systematically reviewing processes and finding gaps for improvement, while working alongside subject matter experts.
